Hawaii Council of Community Associations hosts a short video on various topics related to Condos and Community Associations. They are short approximately 20 minutes of valuable information.
Several years ago, Senator Rosalyn Baker challenged me and Richard Emery to develop an condo education platform that was free and would be available to anyone. This challenge was in response to constituent concerns that (i) they could not take time off from their jobs in the middle of the work week to attend educational seminars by HCCA and CAI and (ii) they did not want to pay the registration fee to participate in a seminar. HCCA took on the challenge and resulted in the 28 minute You Tube videos produced by Think Tech Hawaii that are free and can be viewed remotely from a computer, a tablet or phone at any time. The You Tube videos are listed by topics on a Play List so viewers can select the videos they wish to see based on the topic.
