Registrations are NOW ONLINE and to be made by the individual attending. HCCA and your Community Association Manager (Associa, Cadmus, Equity Properties, Hawaiiana, Hawaiian Properties, Touchstone Properties and others) are not responsible for email typo’s. Therefore, the requirement for the individual to complete their own online registration.
HCCA seminars are now back to “in person” and the new location is Oahu Country Club, 150 Country Club Rd, Honolulu 96813 (off the PALI HWY).
Thursday seminars (unless noted) presentation start at 12 noon and lunch service to open at 11:00am. Please remember seminar payments are required in advance.
HCCA is making concerted efforts to increase the opportunity of our outer island Condo Boards to attend our seminars via webinar. We mainly use the GoTo.com platform. It was formerly called Go To webinar and is like Zoom.

The Hawaii Council of Associations of Apartment Owners (HCAAO) was incorporated on November 24, 1975. It is a Section 501(c)(6) non-profit entity. In 2010, the Council adopted a policy to include community associations in its organization so that it is now known as the Hawaii Council of Community Associations (HCCA) and it serves condominium, cooperative housing and planned community associations.
HCCA provides educational services, including the dissemination of information and data relating to the ownership, operation and management of residential apartments or community associations, including but not limited to financial and tax issues relating to the operation of condominiums and cooperative
housing corporations; repair and maintenance of the common elements; security; building and insurance requirements; benefits and burdens of leasehold interests; governance issues; and Federal, State and local legislation.
To monitor and seek action at all levels of government, including boards, commissions, and advisory bodies, for the benefit of apartment owners and community associations
