The directors may expend association funds, which shall not be deemed to be compensation to the directors, to educate and train themselves in subject areas directly related to their duties and responsibilities as directors; provided that the approved annual operating budget shall include these expenses as separate line items.

NOTE:
As a Board of Director for your AOAO, your Registration Request will be confirmed by your designated Managing Agent. Once confirmed they will process your registration payment in accordance to HRS 514B-107f

ONCE REGISTERED, PAYMENT IS DUE. Payment request will be sent to your designated Managing Agent.
If you do not have a Managing Agent listed, YOU are responsible to send in payment to HCCA.
